2009 Colonials Dues Structure

Please note that we have made some small changes and added some new categories. We are also pleased to announce that we're offering discounted rates to those active players who pay in full by MARCH 15, 2009. DUES STRUCTURE (AND WHAT GOES ALONG WITH IT): Active Non-Student Player: $150 for the year if paying per season ($75 per season). If you pay in full by March 15, it's $130 for the year. Dues Include: -Team CIPP -Team Equipment -Refs -Fields -Saranac Registration Fee -Eligible for First XV (YOU MUST BE IN GOOD DUES STANDING TO BE ELIGIBLE) -Socials -Newsletters Active Student Player: $70 for the year if paying per season ($35 per season). If you pay in full by March 15, it's $60 for the year. Dues Include: -Team CIPP -Team Equipment -Refs -Fields -Saranac Registration Fee -Eligible for First XV (YOU MUST BE IN GOOD DUES STANDING TO BE ELIGIBLE) -Socials -Newsletters Colonial Old Boy: $50 for the YEAR -Socials -B-Sides -Old Boy match and social -Invite to Events including President's Dinner -Newsletters -$25 of it directly to fund Colonial Programs and Youth Rugby Social Membership: $50 for the YEAR. -Socials -B-Side Eligibility -Newsletters -Invite to Events including the President's Dinner -$10 directly to funding Colonial Programs and Youth rugby. Colonial Supporter (i.e. wives and girlfriends/boyfriends/random hook-ups, Facebook friends of the team): $25 for the year -Newsletters -Invite to the Pres. Dinner -Name goes on our website under a new column in "Friends of the Colonials" -$5 directly funds Colonial Programming and Youth Rugby -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Dues can be paid in cash to Matt Lake (Colonials Treasurer), via check made out to Rochester Colonials RFC, or you can send a PayPal payment to rochester_colonials@yahoo.com Every little bit helps, especially when we can get dues early in the year. For the active players, PAYING EARLY SAVES YOU MONEY. For the Old Boys, Social members and Supporters, your help keeps the club alive. We have a ton of great events planned- some traditional (President's Dinner, Pig Roast, etc.), some revived (Colonial Cup!), and some new (announcements upcoming), so keep checking your email, join the Colonials forum or join our Facebook page.
