What is the annual meeting? At the AGM we: +Elect Club Officers Your current officers are: -Sean Borromei- President -Jeremy Newton- Secretary -Matthew Lake- Treasurer -Jonathan Schott- Match Secretary +Elect Captains +Hear the "State of the Club" Address +Presentation of the President's Award +Hear about upcoming events, our next rugby season, and more! All club members in good standing can vote for officers and captains and can serve in those roles as well. IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING: .....That's right....... .....it's back.......... It's: THE ROCHESTER COLONIALS AMAZING CHRISTMAS CASE RACE II! You witnessed the fun last year, now this year participate! LIke the "Amazing Race", this is the Amazing Case Race! Teams of 4 and one case of beer, given to you by "Santa"! But wait, watch out for those roadblocks and detours! Last year we had 5 teams compete, let's up that number! The race is $10 per racer. You get 6 beers, and we'll have some food.
