Treasurer Posts: 269 Group: E-Committee Member #45 Joined: October 29, 2006	Hi everyone, Our spring season is fast approaching, and so we need to get dues in from everyone so we can pay for necessary field equipment and referee's fees, among numerous other things. This is important: ONLY DUES PAYING MEMBERS WILL GET PLAYING TIME- NO EXCEPTIONS. EVERYONE PAYS BEFORE THEY PLAY. It's the only fair way to do things, and the captains will be enforcing this once we start play in April. That said, I'm happy to announce that we will not be raising the cost of dues from last season. I'm also happy to announce that the Early Payment Plan will be in effect again this year. The deadline for reduced dues will be April 10, 2010- the day of our first spring match. Here's the breakdown: DUES STRUCTURE (AND WHAT GOES ALONG WITH IT): - Active Non-Student Player: $150 for the whole year ($75 per season). If you pay in full by April 10, it's $130 for the year. - Active Student Player: $70 for the whole year ($35 per season). If you pay in full by April 10, it's $60 for the year. Dues Include: -Gameday Stuff (Team CIPP, Team Equipment, Refs, Fields) -Saranac Registration Fee -Eligible for First XV (YOU MUST BE IN GOOD DUES STANDING TO BE ELIGIBLE) -Socials -Newsletters Colonial Old Boy and Social Members: $50 for the YEAR -B-Sides and Socials -Old Boy match and social -Newsletters -a percentage goes directly to fund Colonial Programs and Youth Rugby Colonial Supporter (wives/girlfriends/boyfriends/random hook-ups/U of R girls/Facebook friends of the team): $25 for the year -Newsletters -Name goes on our website under "Friends of the Colonials" -a percentage directly funds Colonial Programming and Youth Rugby -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Dues can be paid: -In cash to Matt Lake (Colonials Treasurer) -By sending a PayPal payment to rochester_colonials@yahoo.com -By sending a check made out to Rochester Colonials RFC to: Colonial Dues 35 Trowbridge Trail Pittsford, NY 14534 Every little bit helps, especially when we can get dues early in the year. For the active players, PAYING EARLY SAVES YOU MONEY. For the Old Boys, Social members and Supporters, your help keeps the club running at such a high level.
