 Hello all!

PLEASE MARK DOWN THIS DATE NOW!

Dec. 4- Club Annual General Meeting
@ Woody's Bar and Grill, Upstairs, Monroe Avenue.

At this meeting we do the following:
-Annual "State of the Club" Address from the E-Committee
-Elections for Club Officers 2011
-Elections for Spring Captains 2011
-Release of the Spring Schedule
-Voting on any club/procedural changes/amendments, etc.
-Open Discussion.

***ALL CLUB MEMBERS, OLD BOYS, FRIENDS OF THE COLONIALS, ETC ARE INVITED TO ATTEND***

Please note:
-You must be an active Club Member (dues paid) to nominate an officer, captain, or vote on any club business.
-Non dues-paid members are ineligible for club service (Captain, E-Board, etc.)

--> ANY PROPOSED CHANGES TO THE CLUB BY-LAWS (found on the forum) MUST BE SUBMITTED IN WRITING TO THE EXEC COMMITTEE PRIOR TO THE Annual Meeting. Only fully compliant members proposed amendments/changes will be accepted for club vote. To submit a proposal, please email the executive committee at eboard@rochestercolonials.com. PLEASE REVIEW THE CURRENT BY-LAWS BEFORE SUBMITTING ANY PROPOSALS.
